Mrs Chloe Agg
Senior Teaching Fellow
Chloe started out her career in medical device design, before moving on to design the facilities manufacturing the devices, rather than the devices themselves.
Before joining Warwick she had accrued over a decade of experience in the construction industry designing heating, cooling, ventilation and piped services for buildings ranging from flu vaccine factories and chemical plants to hospitals and student residences. Her particular industry expertise relates to laboratories, clean rooms and containment facilities, especially the low energy design of such places.
Now in academia Chloe combines her industry experience with her academic practise, creating employability focused modules giving an authentic engineering design experience. She also draws on both worlds for her research into wellbeing in educational spaces, looking into how building services can make our teaching spaces healthier, happier and better for learning.
