New papers on defects in silicon PV materials
The group has recently published two papers on defects in silicon materials for photovoltaics. The first paper written with researchers at the University of Manchester, shows evidence for an iron-hydrogen complex existing in p-type silicon. This paper was published in Applied Physics Letters and can be accessed here. The second paper, in collaboration with international collaborators at SunEdison and ISFH, furthers the understanding of recombination at oxygen-related defects in n-type silicon. This was published in Journal of Applied Physics and can be downloaded from here.
