PhD Vacancies

I welcome applications from students wishing to study a PhD in my research field, though I currently have no specific funding to offer. Students should be interested in the fabrication, characterisation and modelling of Semiconductor Materials and Devices for applications that include Power electronics, CMOS and the Harsh Environment. You should have a background in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
