The receipt will be sent to you by e-mail once we receive the payment.
£1 is approximately 1.15 euro. All bank charges for the fees transfer services must be paid by the participant.
Undergraduate and PhD students should provide a certificate issued by the host school to prove their status at the time of the conference.
RSC members should send a copy of their 2022 membership fee payment receipt to the conference secretary.
Conference registration fee includes:
- Access to all parallel sessions & the exhibition area
- Access to high-speed Wi-Fi in the conference venue
- Book of abstracts
- Welcome reception (Wednesday evening) & guided town walk (Friday afternoon)
- Two-course hot or cold lunch on each day
- Coffee breaks
- A discount on an accommodation at the conference hotel (optional)
Any cancellation of participation must be done in writing using a special form and the request shound be sent to the conference secretary: firstname.lastname@example.org. Administration costs of £25 per participant will be charged in case of any cancellation.
For full restitution of the fee, the cancellation must be notified on or before 15th August 2022. Thereafter 50% of the fee is refundable minus administration costs. If cancellation occurs on or after 5th September 2022, there will be no restitution of the fee paid.
Cancellation without notification & no show will incur a full charge.
Registered participants may be replaced, provided that the conference secretary is duly notified in advance.
Refund payments will be settled within 15 days after the conference.
