The UCRA-2022 will be held in the Woodland Grange hotel located in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

The conference venue is a short distance from both Leamington Spa and Warwick train stations. The Leamington Spa train station is easily accessible from the Birmingham International train station (23 min, prices from £8.70 one way) and from the London Marylebone train station (about 1h 20 min on average). When travelling from Birmingham International, it may be faster to take an intercity train to Coventry (travel time is 10 min) and then transfer to another train at Coventry rather than to wait for a direct service.
The Birmingham International train station is directly connected to the Birmingham International Airport by the free 'Air-Rail Link' people mover. The Air-Rail Link takes two minutes to get to the train station from the terminal.
The Birmingham International (BHX) has several daily flights to Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS), Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Frankfurt (FRA), Istanbul (IST), and Dubai International (DXB) airports and we recommend to consider a connection at one of these airports when you plan your travel to the Birmingham airport.
During the conference we advise you to stay in a hotel either in Leamington Spa or in Kenilworth. These hotels have a convenient connection by bus 11 to the conference venue. The travel time is approximately 7-10 min. Bus 11 goes every 10-15 minutes from Coventry via Warwick University to Kenilworth and Leamington. The bus stop Blackdown Crossroads is located at the distance of 150 meters from the conference venue.

For PhD students and post-docs we recommend to consider the following hotels:
1. The Abbey Field By Greene King Inns
High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LZ
offers accommodation in the vicinity of the 68-acre Abbey Fields Park. Kenilworth's ruined castle is 0.6 km away. The hotel is located just off The Gatehouse, in the centre of Kenilworth. There are 31 rooms featured with an iron, coffee/tea making facilities.

3. Victoria Park Lodge

Situated in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa and on the doorstep of some of the towns famous gardens, the hotel hosts 31 en-suite rooms, ranging from singles to three bed family rooms, all with complimentary Wi-Fi.

They wouldn’t be able to match the rates that other hotels in the area are offering but we managed to negotiate a special reduced rate of £85.00 per room per night including full English or continental breakfast.
