On Friday 21 July, graduands from the School of Life Sciences attended the Summer Graduation Ceremony held in Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre. The Head of School, Professor Laura Green, academic tutors and other staff also attended the ceremony and gathered afterwards to meet the graduates and the family and friends who have supported them throughout their degree.
Time at University passes so quickly that it seems no sooner have students met their tutors for the first time, we are saluting them in the hoods and gowns of their degrees. Students pack a lot into their three or four years and we hope that they leave with fond memories of their time at Warwick. We know better than anyone how much effort is needed to get a degree and congratulate everyone on their achievements this year. We offer our very best wishes as they embark on the next stages of their careers.
|This year we also celebrated Dr Keith Leppard and Dr Robert Spooner who were awarded a Warwick Award for Teaching Excellence (WATE) at the ceremony.|
