I am specialized in computer simulations, and I have extended experience in several simulation techniques used nowadays, including Molecular Dynamics, Phase-field, Finite Elements, Lattice and network-based simulations, agent based simulations, using either sequential or parallel computation.
I developed advanced computational epidemiological research tools that permit detailed spatio-temporal studies of the dynamics of infectious diseases using high resolution mapping. I have been working on measles, influenza and, currently, human syncycial virus.
