Laura Green's Research Group

The aim of our research is to improve the health and welfare of farmed livestock using epidemiological approaches in a multidisciplinary setting. We use state of the art methodologies using statistical and mathematical modelling together with microbiology, welfare and behaviour sciences and the social sciences along with close discussion with farmers and veterinarians to study disease on commercial farms and to ensure that our research impacts by reducing disease and increasing welfare of farm animals.
