Developing an e-science platform for supporting time-series data Neuroscience can greatly benefit from the willingness of researchers to share their data and freely provide new analysis methodology. Current mechanisms to support this activity largely depend upon transmitting data from individual to individual or posting data and algorithms on individual web sites. The EPSRC-funded e-science pilot project CARMEN (Code Analysis, Repository and Modeling for e-Neuroscience) aims to develop a web-based platform that will enable people working on electrophysiological data to collaborate and share their data and analysis methodology. This presentation will describe the objectives of the pilot project and the progress to date.
