Hoai-Phuong (Helen) Le
I am currently a second year student of the Mathematics for Real-World Systems Centre for Doctoral Training programme at the University of Warwick. My research interests are Machine Learning, Mathematical Modelling and Operational Research.
I'm originally from Vietnam and live in Nottingham.
I lived in Russia for 7 years and did all my degrees there in Russian. Beside my mother tongue (Vietnamese) and English, I can speak Russian fluently.
I'm currently doing research on applying Bayesian Optimisation in searching for solutions that are robust to disturbances or that can work in different environments under the supervision of Prof Juergen Branke from Warwick Business School.
