Francesca Basini
Ciao !
I'm a 2nd Year PhD student at Mathematics for Real-World Systems Centre for Doctoral Training (MathSys II).
I am working under the supervision of Prof. David RandLink opens in a new window (Warwick), Dr. James BriscoeLink opens in a new window (Crick Institute) in collaboration with Dr. Meritxell SáezLink opens in a new window (IQSLink opens in a new window) and The Francis Crick InstituteLink opens in a new window.
I am interested in the development of mathematical and statistical methods for modelling stem cell differentiation based on information coming from the Gene Regulatory Network and intracellular communication.
