Data and Surveys

The WMS Athena SWAN Self-Assessment team uses surveys and focus groups to inform its agenda and ensure broad and diverse representation of opinions and interests in the department. Three surveys were conducted in 2016:

  • A department-wide Athena SWAN culture survey
  • A Gold Award prioritization survey directed at Womens Academic Network
  • PULSE staff survey, which runs every few years, most recently in 2013 and 2016.
