Professor of Clinical Trials in Maternal Health

My role is to lead on a new maternity research theme within Warwick Clinical Trials Unit and provide support to develop and support research alongside colleagues at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwick (UHCW). My research programme focuses on the impact of pregnancy and birth on maternal and infant physical and psychological health, the interest in this area increasing due to evidence of impact on health over the life-course. Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow for Phase II (Year 2) of the MBChB course

I am a local GP and have recently been appointed as a Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow for Phase II (Year 2) of the MBChB course. My role at WMS is varied and wide-ranging. The essence of the role is to support the Phase II lead in several areas including student support, curriculum planning and development, course design and delivery, assessment and delivery of teaching. Senior Research Fellow

I joined the Unit of Academic Primary Care, Warwick Medical School, in March 2018 as a Senior Research Fellow. My post is funded for three years by Marie Curie with the aim to support capacity building in palliative care and end of life research, particularly at the interface with primary care. What excited me about this post was the opportunity to develop and conduct research in palliative and end of life care in the west midlands and nationally. Find out more.

Research Project Coordinator

I am the Research Project Coordinator for the Warwick Centre for Advanced Health Research Development (W-CAHRD), which includes the NIHR Global Health Research Unit on Improving Health in Slums. My role offers a very eclectic workload and no two days are the same. I offer administrative support to all projects within the W-CAHRD team, which often involves international travel arrangements, arranging and minuting project team meetings, building relationships with partners, recording and reconciling expenditure and, of course, developing my knowledge in global health research. Application Support Analyst

My name is Adebobola Oba, and I am an Application Support Analyst at Warwick Clinical Trials I joined Warwick Clinical Trials Unit as an application support analyst in April. Few of my main roles includes Working closely with members of the programming team and other WCTU staff and be responsible for analyzing clinical trial data collection requirements and creating web-based forms using our team’s in-house design tools.

Portfolio Coordinator

Hi my name is Katie Robertson, I’m a portfolio coordinator for the Warwick Medical School, and Prior to this I worked for Coventry University. As a portfolio coordinator my Job purpose is to organise, co-ordinate, administer and provide excellent customer service to the PGT and CPD programmes offered by Warwick Medical School.
