Public Science Evenings

vitruvian_man_resized.jpg1st May 2018 - How to build a human

Chaired by Professor Andrew McAinsh

The first Warwick Medical School public science evening will be held in the Medical Teaching Centre with posters and lab tours going from the atrium of the clinical trials unit from 18:00 - 20:00. Come and learn all about the origin of life, from how one cell turns into the trillion needed to make a human, how all the different parts of the body are created from the one initial cell and ultimately what happens if cell division goes wrong! The evening will involve talks from some of our academics and there will be opportunities to see inside a working lab and to visit the microscope facilities.

Registration is now open.

The Medical Teaching Centre is located on the Gibbet Hill campus. Find us on the interactive map.
