Nikon Eclipse-Ti system is an epifluorescent light microscope. The microscope is based on inverted base and is fine tuned for imaging of live and fixed cells over long periods of time. Full heated enclosure ensures control of the sample temperate and reduces thermal drifts. Light path of the system is fully motorized which allows imaging of multiple fluorescent channels over long periods of time.
