Online registration

Registration closes on 1st of November 2014. Participants must register online in order to attend the workshop.

To register, please, fill corresponding registration form and pay particpation fee (if applicaple):

Important: number of participants is limited. Please make sure to secure a place in the workshop in advance by registering online.

Types of participants:

1. Members of Biomedical Cell Biology division of Warwick Medical School. Participation for this group is free of charge. In order to participate just fill the BCB member registration form.

2. Staff and students of University of Warwick (UoW members). Participants from University of Warwick are able to ejoy 40% discount and join the workshop at extrodinary low fee of £75! Participation fee payment could be done by both cost code or debit/credit cards. Please choose prefered way of payment at the UoW member registration page and fill corresponding registration form.

3. External participants. Following success of the first workshop this year we are open to participants from outside of Warwick University as well. Anyone willing to boost skills in bioimaging is welcome! To join the workhop please proceed to the external participant registration form and pay moderate £125 participation fee.

What will happen after registration

When you submit the registration form you will receive a copy of you submission (will be sent to indicated email). The registration will not be complete until the transfer of participation fee is confirmed (if applicable). This may take several days. Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation mail. By the end of the registration period we will contact you with more details about the workshop.


If you are not able to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation before 3rd of November 2014 will ensure a full refund of the participation fee. In order to cancel participation please follow to cancellation form page.
