We are passionate about science and welcome the opportunity to share our enthusiasm with others. The Division of Biomedical Cell Biology participates in and runs a variety of activities that engage with the wider community, particularly schools.

Firstly, the Division's STEM ambassadors take their experience and expertise into the region's schools with a range of activities.

Secondly, we enjoy demonstrating our research to school groups in the laboratory setting. These activities focus on some of the fundamentals of cell biology and can be divided into the following four main themes - please click through to see examples of the type of outreach activity we offer in each category.
