Checklist

Before the session begins here is a checklist of what you need to have ready:

1. A Computer with Internet access, preferably broadband.

2. To have installed Adobe Flash Player 10 as this is an essential component for running Wiziq on your computer. This is a very small file (around 2mb) so should not take long to download and install.

3. A Headset of some variety(preferably the one supplied), or a combination of headphones and a microphone, and to have them installed and working properly. We recommend the use of headphones as this reduces the possibility of feedback from speakers creating extra noise on the microphone.
