Please note, a broad range of textbooks is available in the University Library and BioMed Learning Grid, and as e-books, you may wish to consider not buying any books until you have had a look at a few in the library to see which ones work best for you.

Some of these resources, especially the eBNF, include prescribing information and Prescribing Skills are formally introduced later in the MBChB curriculum during Year 3. However, general familiarity with searching the eBNF is encouraged throughout the MBChB and this resource contains very useful notes that can support Year 1 learning.
