Book your place

Join us at PHEMTEC to explore and enhance your emergency medicine knowledge and skills.

Due to the immersive nature of the event, places are limited to maximise each delegate's experience and participation. As such, we highly recommend booking now to avoid disappointment. We're really excited to see you in April!

NB: the simulation is high fidelity and designed to be overwhelming. Welfare support will be on-site. Please be aware of this and we recommend watching PHEMTEC 2019's videoLink opens in a new window and viewing the photos from previous years before signing up.

Terms & conditions of sale: If your circumstances change and are no longer able to attend, we are able to offer a refund up to and including 3/4/2023 (£5.00 administration fee). Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after this date, including if you test positive for covid.

Simulation Patients

Acting as a simulation patient is a fantastic way to gain an insight into patients' experiences of treatment, as well as informing you more about the medical conditions you are portraying.

Simulation patients are an invaluable part of learning for clinicians, so you will be supported in giving the right cues at the right time. It's a great opportunity to get involved if you don't feel confident in treating just yet, plus you save some money while seeing behind the scenes. It's ideal for preclinical, first, or second year students!

Accommodation

If you require an overnight stay, we recommend exploring options in Canley, Earlsdon or Coventry city centre - all of which are within easy reach of Warwick Medical School.

Local private rooms on Airbnb start from £19 pp per night. A range of hotels are also available around Coventry.

On-campus accommodation is available at Scarman (15-20 min walk from the medical school) which can be booked at bandb.warwick.ac.ukLink opens in a new window
