4. Support

For some, coming back to campus is a welcome and overdue return to some normality. For others, it is a time of worry and uncertainty.

Any concerns should be raised with your line manager or supervisor in the first instance.

You may find it useful to use the Covid Age Calculator to understand known ‘risk factors’ that might apply to you (including age, gender and ethnicity and various health problems). The calculator gives a single overall measure of vulnerability – your ‘Covid-age’.

Feedback or concerns can also be raised (anonymously) by staff and students with all submissions reviewed by the Senior Administrative Officer and action taken as appropriate.

Support for all students can be accessed via Wellbeing Support Services. For staff there is the Wellbeing hub , and the Employee Assistance Programme, a confidential support service designed to help University of Warwick employees deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life or work life, health and general wellbeing.
