Physics BBQ 13 July 2022

Wednesday 13th July 2022, Cryfield Sports Pavilion, 12:00 - 15:00

The Physics Department will be holding it's annual summer BBQ for all Physics staff and PG students. There will also be an ice cream van on the day. You must confirm your attendance by submitting this form. Please confirm your attendance by Wednesday 6th July. You will not be able to turn up on the day if you have not registered. Please let us know below if you have any specific dietary requirements.

The cost of the BBQ is £7 per person which includes a burger, hotdog and ice cream per person (and equivalent vegetarian option). Tickets can be purchased from Duncan Brealey in Physics Stores. Payment should be made in cash. Please keep your ticket as you will need to hand it to catering staff on the day. You will also receive a separate ticket for the ice cream which should be handed to the ice cream van on the day.

The Simple Burger Steak Burger served in a floured bap, with sliced cheese and sautéed onions
Hot Dog Sausage Lightly smoked hot dog sausage, in a hot dog roll with sautéed onions
Vegetarian Option
Vegetarian Burger (vegetarian) Classic Vegetarian Burger in floured bap, with cheese and onions
Moving Mountains Hot Dog (vegetarian/vegan) Brioche style hot dog roll with sautéed onions
Tossed Mixed Salad / Sliced Tomato and Red Onion Salad
Sauces: Tomato ketchup, American yellow mustard sauce, French dressing
Ice Cream (available between 13:00-14:00)
