Accommodation

On Campus
The University of Warwick's two conference hotels, Scarman and Radcliffe, are available to book through Warwick conferences booking. Please use the following code FNWBB to book a room at Radcliffe (including breakfast) for a discounted rate for the dates of the conference. The rates are as follows:
- Single occupancy £132.00 per room per night including VAT and breakfast.
- Double/twin occupancy £157.00 per room per night including VAT and breakfast.
These rates and rooms will be available until the 4th August 2025, so please do not delay in booking as we cannot guarantee availability as other conferences will be held on campus out of term time.
Off Campus
If you prefer to stay off-campus, then Coventry, Leamington Spa, and Kenilworth are all easily reachable by public transport. We provide this list for information only, and make no guarantees of availability or price.
Other options not listed include Premier Inn, which has multiple branches in both Coventry and Leamington Spa.
