Quartz tube pumping and sealing
This schedule should be considered to be a record of the quartz tube pumping and sealing facility, and not as a "standard" booking form.
Before booking, you must contact Patrick Ruddy or Tom Orton to discuss their availability. Prior to this, you should have already made arrangements with Patrick or Tom to prepare the quartz tubes required.
Please fill in all the necessary information in the booking forms. This includes sample information, special requirements for evacuating/sealing the quartz tubes, and any useful additional information. When booking, please consider that there are 2 lines for evacuating the quartz tubes, book one line per quartz tube. Thank you!
