FFP8 Madrid - Oct 2006
The slides were used for a talk at the conference on Frontiers in Fundamental Physics 8 held in Madrid 16 th October 2006.
The talk combined results on non-orientable manifolds with an explanation of how quantum results can arise from classical general relativity with acausal structure.
A movie showing the rotation of a tethered object - giving the transformation properties of a spin half particle, was also presented. You can download the mpeg from the link on the right it is 914kB. A higher resolution movie is also available at 7.47MB. These animations were taken from the work of Andrew Norton in School of Mathematics, University of New South Wales available on this web link.
