Outline of work:

I explore how reward signals in the environment influence learning, memory and decision- making. My research focuses on how and when memory is used to make evaluations and decisions-from-experience. In particular, how our memory for rewarding events, both extreme and rare, contributes to decision-making and risky choices. I use a combination of experimental techniques, computational modelling and physiological measures including eye-tracking, EEG, fMRI.
