I am a second year OxWaSP student, supervised by Julia Brettschneider (Warwick), Daphne Ezer (York) and Shahin Tavakoli (Warwick). Prior to this, I studied an MMath in Mathematics at the University of Bath, with a study year abroad at Dalhousie University during my 3rd year.

I am interested in developing techniques for the analysis of next generation sequencing data, focusing on how functional data analysis may be used to model gene expression time series data and perform gene set enrichment analysis.
