Competitive Advantage in the Digital Economy (CADE) returned for its fourth year in 2017. This year, CADE has been merged with the Service Systems Forum to form a single event focusing on the digital economy. CADE 2017was held on 1st-3rd June 2017 at Palazzo Pesaro-Papafava, the University of Warwick’s location in Venice, Italy.

The aim of this year’s CADE Forum is to provide opportunities for academics and practitioners to share the latest research and practice on topics related to the three research themes of smart service systems, digital innovation, and trust and privacy in the digital economy.

CADE also featured several keynote speakers from leading academic scholars working in the domain of the digital economy; view their presentations on the Keynote Speakers page.

Forum participants had the opportunity to present in a friendly and intimate environment; view the abstracts that were presented at CADE 2017.
