Where can I get a copy of my transcript? If you need a copy of your transcript contact the Academic Office. They will provide you with all the information your need to obtain a copy. |

How do I obtain Proof of Study For proof of study letters you will need to contact studentreception@warwick.ac.uk. In your email you will need to include your full name, date of birth and your Warwick Student ID if you know it. |

How do you I get a Warwickgrad email address? To get access to your free @Warwickgrad.net email account, register with Warwickgrad. You have access to your email for life and Warwickgrad opens up other opportunities to network with fellow Warwick alumni. |

How do I get my Alumni Swipecard? To get an alumni swipecard for access to campus fascilities, such as the Library, sports centre, apply to Warwick Alumni with a passport sized photo. Applications are free and are processed within 30 days. |

How do I update my details if I change my email address or job? We would like to remain in contact with you, to share alumni news and activity. To keep us up to date with your contact details, employment details and interests. You can update your details via the WMG website. Your data will be shared with the university for alumni purposes. Where can I get careers/job advice or promote job opportunites? If you are looking for careers advice, help with your CV or application the Student Careers and Skills Service can help. It is a free, life long service available to Warwick alumni which also gives you access to a database of vacancies through MyAdvantage. WMG also hosts an annual careers fair at their Warwick campus, UK. Contact WMG student Careers about attending or taking part. If you have current job vacancies or placements that would be relevant for your fellow alumni and current students we would be delighted to hear from you to discuss further WMG-FT-StudentExperience@warwick.ac.uk |

Where can I find out about alumni events? Information for WMG alumni events will be emailed to relevant groups and shared on social media. Registration is required for events to confirm numbers to the venues. To create or share your own alumni event contact wmgalumni@warwick.ac.uk to discuss your ideas and how we can help promote the event and networking opportunities. |

Who do I contact if I am interested in volunteering to be a guest speaker, organise an Industrial visit or be a WMG alumni ambassador? If you are interested in volunteers your expertise or would like to get involved in getting alumni more engaged in your region we would be delighted to hear from you.
