Consent form for Alumni Profiles

Thank you very much for working with us to create your alumni story in written and/or video format!

We're very proud of the achievements of our alumni and sharing your story allows us to showcase the exciting range of careers our graduates go into and the wealth of their experience gain before and after graduation. This is particularly beneficial for current students at WMG and how the department can best support them.

Please complete the form below as fully as possible to provide consent for us to publish your alumni profile on the WMG Moodles pages. Many thanks, the WMG Careers and Employability team.
