Improving Business Performance

Businesses must continually improve their performance to remain competitive in today’s global markets. This means that senior management must have a vision of the way forward, from which improvement programmes can then be developed and transformed into a coherent plan which can be implemented and fits into the business's continuing operation and existing change initiatives.
 
It largely falls to middle management to convert plans into actions, thereby realising the senior management's vision.

The focus of this module is providing middle managers with an understanding of the overall process of change, some keys to success in implementing change and how crucial their role is.

 

On completion, the participant will be able to:
