Introduction
This module provides an understanding of the fundamental concepts underlying effective supply chain management, including the establishment and maintenance of relationships with suppliers, customers and the customer's customers.
The course material is reinforced by a company based post-module assignment.
Objectives: On completion, the participant will be able to:
