For the first two years, you'll study six core engineering modules per year. These will take place in a series of 'blocks', which will require your attendance at the University of Warwick campus from Monday to Friday, approximately 6 times a year. Part of each module will be studied during each block. You will take both examinations and undertake work-based assignments as part of your assessment.
Across years three and four, you will select ten modules that are more specialised and individual to your learning needs. The emphasis here is on work-based assignments and projects, rather than formal written exams. Each module will run over five full days (Monday-Friday), at WMG. In addition to the normal lectures, practical lab sessions, seminars and tutorials, you will have access to an online "Virtual Learning Environment" for further support between modules.
