Arrival Date - Autumn/Winter 2020

Inform WMG of your Arrival Date

All students should complete this form to inform WMG of your expected arrival date at Warwick to enable accurate timetabling (your modules may differ depending on whether you are planning to study remotely, or at Warwick during term 1).

If your plan change please submit the form again, however please do not resubmit the form if your expected arrival date remains the same.

We expect most students to arrive at campus by the start of term (5th October) or the week before for Warwick Welcome Week (26th September). As long as you engage with your work online throughout Term 1, you may arrive in person later in the term.

Please note that campus closes over the UK Christmas holiday period, and therefore we do not recommend you arrive too late in Term 1. If you are not going to reach Warwick before the start of December, it may well be better for you to delay your travel and arrive to start Term 2 in person.

You will need to be ready (quarantine completed) to start Term 2 by 9am on Monday 11th January 2021.

If you have any questions, please see our Frequently Asked Questions, or contact us at wmgadmissions@warwick.ac.uk

If you are a UK student, or are already in the UK, please enter the date you plan to be based at Warwick from.
