If you are planning to live in University-managed accommodation (on or off-campus), you will need to submit an online application for a place and pay a reservation fee. We expect the application form to open in late May 2019 at the earliest, but please check the University of Warwick accommodation service web pages for the most up-to-date information. You must hold an MSc offer (conditional or unconditional) to study at WMG before you can apply for accommodation; if you do not yet have an MSc offer, you need to submit an MSc application first.
On-campus accommodation cannot be guaranteed, so you may be offered a room in a university managed house in Coventry or Leamington Spa instead, or private student-specific accommodation such as Study Inn.
The accommodation office does not offer rooms on a first come first served basis. Everyone applying before the deadline will have an equal chance of being allocated their choice accommodation.
Allocations are usually made in late August and early September, so if you have requested on-campus accommodation, you will not have confirmation until then.
You can still apply for accommodation after 31st July deadline, but Warwick Accommodation does not guarantee that they will have any accommodation available. If they are not able to offer you a room in University-managed accommodation, they can assist you in arranging alternative off-campus accommodation.
Please note: WMG Programmes are 51 weeks in duration. Therefore we recommend you apply for accommodation with a 50 or 51 week let.

Heronbank is very close to the department and all other university facilities. It's situated in a beautiful, quiet environment. I was allocated a reasonable sized ensuite room with all required furniture. I would recommend to other students who want to stay close to the University.Sinan Kahveci
