Quality Function Deployment
Quality Function Deployment is a technique to:
- Identify customer requirements
- Devolve those requirements in to detailed technical requirements
- Consider alternate technical solutions and identify the solution most achieving identified customer requirements
- Rank existing and new products against competitors, in terms of customer requirement achievement
