Careers

Although you may think that you have plenty of time to be thinking about your career following your graduation form the MSc - you should really be thinking about your future employment almost from the start of the Academic Year.

The University has a very effective Careers service which can provide useful guidance to you to assist in your career planning, providng one-to-one support to assist in writing your CV, undertaking assessment centres and being interviewed.  Throught you "My Career" you can be notified of new jobs which have been posted in areas for which you have expressed an interest and events which might be of interest.

In addition to the general support provided by the Careers Service, Stephen Ward, the Careers Consultant with special responsiblity for Engineering students, will give a series of seminars to WMG students during the Autumn Term.
