Transcripts are issued by the University Academic Office. New graduates receive one free transcript upon conferral of an award by the University's Senate. Graduates/graduands with an enquiry about this free transcript should email aotranscripts@warwick.ac.uk. To request further copies of transcripts, complete the on-line request form at

However, no official transcript of marks can be issued until after the Examination Board has met and their recommendations approved by the University Senate.
