There is a wide variety of accommodation both on the campus and close to the area. A proportion of rooms have been reserved for the Conference on Campus, located a short walk from the conference spaces and to the heart of all the activity. You can book your accommodation during your registration to the conference.

Our venues offer hotel-styled en-suite bedrooms and feature a study desk area, telephone, television, radio alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fresh towels, toiletries and an iron/ironing board.

Breakfast is served daily from 07.00 – 09.30 for overnight delegates accommodated at either Scarman or Arden.

Please note, there is no lift access to the bedrooms in Arden.

Student styled accommodation are single ensuite rooms located in Jack Martin/Arthur Vick. Facilities within the room include towels and toiletries, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and access to a kitchen.

A full English or Continental Breakfast is included within your stay, this is available from 7:00am – 9:00am in Rootes Restaurant, Rootes Building.
