Degree Apprenticeship in Health and Well Being Science and Technology (HaWSaT) and a BSc (Hons) Technology, Health and Wellbeing Science (THaWS).

thaws1thaws2.jpgThese two programmes have the same academic content, combining four fusion sciences and academic and professional development. They will be co-taught across five annual teaching blocks. Graduates from these programmes will be unique in their expertise, bringing together these different elements to become a new type of Health and Wellbeing Science Practitioners.

The programmes will be taught in a case-based integrated way with each teaching block being focused on a key health priority. The cases provide the focus for all teaching across the block, and this teaching will be augmented via the clinical role of the apprentices and placements of the BSc students. Assessments will follow this integrated approach. These programmes will integrate novel digital teaching approaches and become a beacon of best practice for e-learning across WMG.
