- CT Scanning
Metrology is the science of measurement and is a key enabler of modern, high value manufacturing processes. The ability to assess manufacturing quality accurately and traceably, while identifying and resolving issues as early as possible, is a critical aspect of new product development.
3D scanning allows the detailed examination of products, heritage specimens, legacy parts for reverse engineering, material characterisation, forensic examination and preservation. Laser scanning, X-ray Computed Tomography and Photogrammetry are technologies/process we use.
Applied visualisation encompasses a range of visual and in some cases, multi-modal communication technologies, including virtual and augmented reality. We utilise a range of media from portable/wearable technologies, through to large displays and projection systems. We aim to improve the communication of and interaction with digital data from a variety of sources, including scanned/ captured and digitally created.
