Any new product requires a period of design and development. For complex products this time period often spans many years, and huge competitive advantages can be gained by shortening its duration. This project has developed a range of new techniques, as well as refining existing ones, to enable companies to undertake New Product Introduction (NPI) in a leaner and more agile manner.
