Sustainable Development Summer School

Sustainable Development of Materials, Processes and Fuels

WMG, University of Warwick, 9-12 June 2015

If you are a chemist working on the boundary between chemistry and materials science, chemical engineering or catalysis, then this Summer School is for you.

The Summer School will provide examples and detailed analysis on how the principles of green chemistry, intensified engineering and sustainable manufacturing can be put into practice when developing catalysts, chemicals, materials and fuels.

This includes a workshop on GaBi LCA software and a student conference where you will be provided with opportunities to network and develop problem-solving and team-building skills.

The Summer School is FREE and also includes lunches. All Warwick University doctoral students are eligible to apply.

In order to participate, please send your application (just an email with your contact details, your supervisors names, etc.) and an outline (max 150 words) how your project fits into the sustainable development agenda to Dr Maria Sotenko, m.sotenko@warwick.ac.uk
