Naomi brings a wealth of expertise in project and programme management to WMG. She began her career in in the aerospace industry with Rolls-Royce plc. Since then she has worked in academia in both business and engineering faculties (where she has held a prestigious Royal Academy of Engineering professorship) and has founded her own consultancy practice. She has authored over 130 peer-reviewed journal papers, book chapters and articles in project and innovation management and has conducted research projects funded by a wide variety of organisations including the UK Research Councils and the European Science foundation.

Katy Angliss - Project Praxis.

As an Engineering and MBA graduate, Katy has over 15 years programme and project management experience in the utilities sector, particularly telecommunications and water. Katy’s primary interest for research and teaching at WMG is with managing multiple projects and the programme and portfolio management environment.

Elaine has over 15 years of industrial experience in the delivery of projects within complex multi-project environments within the engineering construction sector and she is especially interested in the impact complexity has on project performance.

Luis has a background in civil engineering and construction project management. He is now doing a sponsored PhD looking into predictive project data analytics and its opportunities to improve project delivery performance.

Yixue is a PhD student with an economics and project management background, as well as data analysis skills.

Professor Rodney Turner - Project Praxis.

Professor Rodney Turner

Honorary Professor of Project Management

Rodney's current research interests cover the relationship between governance and decision making on projects, stakeholder, client and contractor experience, and the relationship between megaprojects and post-modernism.
