Instructions on adding/amending contacts
Click Add New Entry to create a new person block
Insert an image - Try to keep the photo size to a MAXIMUM of 500px wide
Note:Resizing the image within Sitebuilder using the WIDTH setting DOES NOT WORK
You must resize the photo BEFORE uploading it
The person's name goes into the TITLE field
Type the job title of the person below the photo in heading3 text.
If you need to add specifics relating to the job role (ie which specific courses etc), please do that in the heading3 text also, using a dash after the job title (ie Programme Coordinator - Degree Apprenticeships Level 6) etc. Please do keep this succinct though.
Type the programme of the person in heading4 text (for example Undergraduate Programmes, Full time Masters Programme (if programme wide type WMG Education)
The text in heading4 will appear in a grey box so please do only use this for the programme(s) that the person works within.
Type in email links last in the usual Sitebuilder way
Tick all relevant tags for programme, area of expertise etc. so filtering works
You are not limited to ticking one tag, so tick any that are appropriate. Please do NOT add/delete any tags without discussing with Maddie first.
NB updates can take a while to display - but using ctrl refresh should push this through.
