The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this online registration form for the purposes of processing your registration, payment and attendance at the Warwick International Conference in Applied Linguistics 28-30 June 2021.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is performance of the contract and Consent (in relation to your image), which is obtained through your submission of this online form. You can withdraw your consent and you may request to do so by contacting us at appling@warwick.ac.uk.  

Your personal data will be shared with third parties external to the University of Warwick and worldwide (for example as part of list of conference attendees in the online platform).

Your personal data will be retained by us indefinitely, but where appropriate will not be kept any longer than necessary.

Registration Fees

This year’s WICAL proceedings will go towards supporting the Applied Linguistics Department’s research students’ conference funding. It will go towards covering any conference-related expenses of PhD students attending national and international conferences to present their research. We thank you for your support!

WICAL Equal Opportunities Programme
