Welcome to WACC
The WACC team is actively involved in a wide range of research activities associated with 'Working and Communicating across Cultures'.
This is because intercultural communication has become an increasingly significant phenomenon in today’s society.
WACC aims to interact with this and raise enthusiasm towards this discipline by bringing together the academic and the social.
Research with Impact
Our world-leading research focusses on intercultural adaptation, assessment, development, and learning, discourse and culture, as well as organizational culture.
This research informs our continuous public engagement with practitioner and professional audiences in form of training courses, online resources, tools, special events, workshops ad more.
