PLEASE NOTE

From Tuesday 23rd May 2017 you will only be able to apply for and pay for Pre-sessional Courses if you are using the latest version of one of the following Internet browsers: Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera. If you are using Internet Explorer versions 8, 9 or 10 it is possible to configure them to work with this website, but but it is still better to upgrade to IE 11.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Due to recent changes (April 2015) to the Secure English Language Tests for use in a UK visa application, if you require a Tier 4 visa to study in the UK, please first check your eligibility for a CAS - CAS Eligibility Flowchart before making an application for the Pre-sessional English Programme. You may attend the pre-sessional programme for either six or ten weeks.

The Pre-Sessional Programme is for YOU...

...if your first language is not English, and you have an offer for a postgraduate degree at the University of Warwick. You may study for Phases 1 & 2 or Phase 2 (Phase 1 & 2 lasts Ten weeks and Phase 2 lasts Six weeks). See below for details of the content of the two phases. The programme offers you the opportunity to develop your study skills in English Language for Academic Purposes within the environment of Warwick University itself.

By the end of the programme you will be fully prepared for your Post-graduate or Graduate course at the University.

You may attend the pre-sessional programme for either six or ten weeks.

Programme Dates
Phase 1&2: (10 weeks): 17 July - 22 September 2017

Phase 2: (6 weeks): 14 August - 22 September 2017
