Pre-Sessional English Programme - Phases 1, 2 & 3 - Application Form


Please note: In order to obtain a CAS for a Tier 4 visa, you will need to have a valid SELT with a minimum of B1 of the CEFR in all four components of language learning and secondly, you will need to have been accepted on to Module 'B' +/or 'C' (only) otherwise you need to apply for a student visitor visa.


ACADEMIC HISTORY: Latest academic institution attended and qualifications obtained. Applicants should give names of the qualifications as known in their own country and should also attach copies of documents relating to their academic record.

ACADEMIC INTERESTS AND PURPOSE OF STUDY:
Please use this space to describe briefly your special academic interests, your purpose in undertaking this Course and what studies you intend to pursue after completing it.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE COMPETENCE:

Before being accepted for this course, you will need to demonstrate proof of your current English proficiency, so we know that your language is suitable for the course. Please tell us which English Language qualifications you have obtained. This is a required field and you cannot send the application without telling us this information.

Please note: Applications will not be processed until a deposit has been received along with a copy of your Degree confirmation, English Language Certificate, a copy of your passport (with all relevant pages included ie: Visa) and Offer Letter (if studying with University of Warwick for your main degree)!
If you are a sponsored student, you must attach a copy of confirmation from your sponsors that they will pay your fees.
After you have submitted this application form you will be taken to a payment page, where you will have to submit your non refundable, £1745.00 deposit.

If you are already studying in this Country you must ensure that you have a valid, or applied for, a Tier 4 or Student Visa, attached to the University of Warwick, otherwise you will not be able to join the course.
