PLEASE NOTE: P/S Photos – The P/S Programme has its own Facebook page (closed group) for all P/S students to communicate with each other and post photos of events trips etc: Please indicate whether you are happy to have such photos published on this facebook group.
Please note: If you wish to book your own Family accommodation please make sure that you have not booked any further accommodation through the Pre-sessional Programme office. If you have asked us to book accommodation for you and you do not use it, you will still be liable to pay the full cost of the accommodation.

Privacy statement

The University of Warwick will process your personal data which you provided when completing the online acceptance form for the Pre-sessional English Programme course for the purposes of the Centre For Applied Linguistics processing your application, registration, payment and arranging your accommodation with “Warwick Conferences” in relation to Phase 4 and 5 of the Pre-sessional English Programme course.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for the current financial year plus 6 years.

The University of Warwick is the Data Controller of this information and is committed to protecting the rights of individuals in line with Data Protection Legislation.
